(OPEN Position) Commercial Cleaning Associate

APEX Management, Inc. is currently searching for candidates to fill our Commercial Cleaning Associate positions. We are looking for quality working individuals.

General Expectations: Commercial Cleaning Associates are responsible for routinely cleaning and maintaining quality facility appearance in assigned facilities. Work duties are to be completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. Qualified candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional. Associates communicate building situations to their supervisor.

Necessary Requirements (including but not limited to):

Able to frequently lift 15lbs, and lift up to 50lbs
Able to stand/ walk for a minimum of 4 hours
Empty trash cans, waste baskets, recycling bins, and other receptacles
Dusting designated areas as needed
Cleaning hallways, work areas, common areas, restrooms, and lobbies
Sanitizing heavy traffic areas as directed
Vacuuming, mopping, and floor care
Adhering to facility security and safety requirements
